Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Kidamame website and applications.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our applications ("Apps") and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, you may not access the website or use our Apps.

2. Educational and Safe Environment

Kidamame provides digital educational experiences designed for children. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment:

  • Our Apps are entirely ad-free and do not contain third-party advertising.
  • Our Apps do not include Firebase, Crashlytics, or any third-party analytics or tracking SDK. There is zero tracking of your child's activity.
  • We prioritize child-led exploration over addictive mechanics or fast-paced rewards.
  • No internet connection is required to use the Apps once they are fully downloaded. An internet connection is only temporarily required if you choose to make the one-time in-app purchase.

Note for Parents: Kidamame Discovery includes a free scene that is fully playable by everyone at no cost. If you would like to unlock all remaining content, a single one-time in-app purchase is available. There are no recurring subscriptions. While the app is designed to be played 100% offline, an active internet connection is temporarily required at the exact moment of purchase to securely process the transaction. Once unlocked, no internet connection is needed to play!

3. In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed securely through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) and are subject to their terms and payment processing rules.

4. Privacy

Your privacy and the privacy of your children are extremely important to us. We do not collect private data from children. For comprehensive information on how we collect and use your data, please review our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included on the website and within the Apps, such as text, graphics, logos, illustrations, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Kidamame or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

6. Modification of Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Apps or website at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kidamame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Apps or website.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms occasionally to better reflect changes to the law, new regulatory requirements, or improvements to our Services. If an update affects your use of the Services or your legal rights as a user of our Services, we'll notify you prior to the update's effective date by publishing an updated version on our website. Your continued use of the Apps and website following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
