Our educational apps designed for children (such as Kidamame Discovery) are 100% offline once downloaded. We do not:

  • Include third-party advertising or analytics networks that profile children.
  • Use Firebase, Crashlytics, or any third-party SDK for analytics, crash reporting, or user tracking.
  • Require you to create an account or sign in to play.

Any progress or state associated with the app is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers.

2. Platform Crash Reporting

Like all apps distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, Kidamame Discovery may generate basic crash reports handled directly by the device operating system (iOS and Android). These reports:

  • Are managed entirely by Apple and Google, not by Kidamame.
  • Contain only technical diagnostic data (e.g., device model, OS version, crash stack trace) and do not include any personally identifiable information.
  • Cannot be disabled by app developers, as they are a built-in feature of the operating system.
  • Help us identify and fix issues to keep the app stable and reliable for your children.

You can manage your device's diagnostic data sharing preferences through your device's privacy or diagnostics settings. Please refer to your device manufacturer's documentation for specific instructions.

3. Website Information Collection

When you visit our website (kidamame.com), we may collect the following information:

  • Newsletter Subscriptions: We do not directly collect or process email addresses for our newsletter on our website. Instead, users who wish to subscribe click a link that redirects them to our page on Substack. Your registration and email data are handled entirely by Substack according to their privacy policy, and we do not have direct control over this data.
  • Cookies: Our website employs a cookie consent mechanism (Cookiebot) to respect your preferences. We only use strictly necessary cookies for basic website functionality. We do not use analytics, advertising, or profiling cookies.
